Marc Sinclair has over 30 years in the hospitality business and ministry. Marc went from opening hotels to planting churches and pioneering para-church ministry organizations around the world with his wife, Angela, of 25 years. They have six children and three grandchildren. His passion is to support families by strengthening their foundation through equipping, discipleship and family coaching. Marc is all about keeping families together with joy and love utilizing the arts and business to release the harvest.

Brent Barbour is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana where he graduated high school fromBrébeuf Preparatory Academy. Mr. Barbour is an alum of the University of Maryland where
he graduated with an undergraduate degree in legal studies. Afterwards, Mr. Barbour
attended Liberty University where he graduated with both a juris doctorate in law and a
master's degree in higher education. Mr. Barbour currently works as a Fraud Analyst for a
major bank and has also served as counsel for his current bank. While in private practice,
Mr. Barbour represented both corporate clients and private citizens in both federal and
state courts throughout the state of Virginia. Prior to serving as an attorney, Mr. Barbour
enjoyed a long career as a corporate chef and has served notable celebrities and athletes
throughout his culinary career. Mr. Barbour, a married father of one son, prides himself on
serving God and family and has a foundational belief that all aspiring students deserve an
equal opportunity to excel in education. Mr. Barbour has a core belief that foundations
such as this are necessary to provide opportunities and tools so that all may excel through
hard work, determination and the grace of God.

Nadira Nagy has three beautiful children with her husband Alan of 17 years. After 10 years in corporate America, she was called out radically to serve God.
Nadira worked for an international ministry for four years, then transitioned to education. She is currently teaching High School students Entrepreneurship, a course she helped create and developed which started in 2018.
As well as, teaching and coaching adult learners to execute their Masters of Biblical studies Ministry or Business project plan with a nationally recognized school of Theology.
Nadira teaches Biblical worldview and is the Guidance Advisor to a private Christian K-12 school.
She is the Youth Minister Assistant Director at her local church. Her passion is to see the body of Christ at large in love with the secret place.

Trace White has worked in the educational field as a teacher, an administrator, principal, college lecturer and Executive Director. He has been a school planter and consultant for over twenty years.
Trace has taught entrepreneurship and leadership to youth for over a decade. He has a special focus toward youth who are at risk and has written programming and curriculum materials for males.
An extensive world traveler, (he has operated in four continents) he brings this industry experience to help Founders Ed raise the quantity and quality of Christian education in the USA and around the world.
Trace is also a family man. He is married and the father of nine. He believes that the home is the first school and parents are the first teachers and that this is the microcosm of flourishing communities.
